Refund policy

At Prital Printing, customer satisfaction is important to us. As many of our products are customized and made-to-order, please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Rules Summary

Returns accepted for: 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery.
Return shipping: Provided and paid for by the customer.
Restocking fee: No restocking fee.
Final sale items: None (all items are eligible for return if they meet the conditions below).

1. Customized & Personalized Products

Most products sold by Prital Printing are custom-made based on your selected design, logo, text, image, or specifications.

Because of the personalized nature of these products:

Customized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production or printing has started, unless they meet the specific eligibility criteria listed in Section 2.
Orders cannot be cancelled after design approval or after printing has begun.
Customers are requested to carefully check:
- Spelling
- Uploaded images
- Colors
- Sizes
- Design placement before confirming the order.

Minor variations in color, alignment, or print placement may occur due to screen settings, lighting, material texture, and printing processes.

2. Eligibility for Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We may offer a return, replacement, reprint, exchange, store credit, or refund only in the following situations:

You received the wrong product
The product arrived damaged
The product has a manufacturing or printing defect caused by us
The delivered item is significantly different from the approved order/design

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

The issue must be reported within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.
The product must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In its original condition and packaging
Clear photos/videos of the issue must be provided
The order number and customer details must be shared

Approved claims will be reviewed by our support team before any refund or replacement is processed.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for arranging and providing return shipping for any items being sent back to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was entirely caused by us.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Final Sale: We do not designate any items as "final sale." All products can be considered for return or replacement provided they meet the timeline and defect criteria outlined in Section 2.

4. Non-Eligible Return & Refund Cases

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Change of mind
Incorrect details submitted by the customer
Wrong size selected by the customer
Low-quality or blurry images uploaded by the customer
Slight color differences caused by screen/display settings
Delays caused by courier or shipping partners
Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, washing, ironing, or improper handling
Products that are used, worn, washed, altered, or without original packaging

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before production or printing begins.

Once production has started, orders become non-cancellable because materials, printing, and customization work have already been initiated.

6. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refund processing may take 5–7 business days
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued through UPI or bank transfer
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us

7. Replacement Process

If your replacement request is approved:

A replacement or reprint will be processed at no additional cost
Prital Printing reserves the right to request the customer to return the damaged or incorrect products (at the customer's shipping expense) before a final approval or refund is issued
